flexitrax™ P550c - Modular Crawler System

The flexitrax™ P550c controller is user-centric and helps you create research reports more easily and efficiently. You can navigate the survey using intuitive menus and dedicated feature buttons, allowing you to quickly move on to the next task.

MSCC 3, 4, or 5 compliant reporting capabilities and onboard Wi-Fi allow you to share reports via email or DropBox when you're in the field. Or simply copy it to a memory stick on one of the three USB ports.

Co-workers and customers can view video inspections in real time by viewing them in a standard web browser on locally connected communication devices such as phones and tablets.

The flexitrax P550c features a 12.1-inch, 1280x800 pixel high-resolution display for sharp and sharp images, and 128 GB of internal memory that allows for video recording for more than two months in normal usage. ¹ Built-in rechargeable battery and robust IP55 rated case provide reliability and ease of use even in the most challenging environments.

¹ Typical usage is 100 minutes of video per day, five days a week.

Field Report

The Flexitrax P550c includes report templates that comply with multiple standards, such as the WRc MSCC3, 4, 5 or your own standards. You will be able to share your reports as soon as the survey is completed.

WinCan Compatibility² is also an option and can be purchased at the same time as the flexitrax P550c system or later if necessary.

Quick and intuitive inspection

Fast startup times, 10 context-sensitive buttons on the side of the display, and 7 additional buttons for frequently used tasks, create a quick and easy-to-use inspection system. Intuitive menus allow you to navigate through the survey without having to remember complex keyboard shortcuts. You can simply press the key several times to share your results report with your customers and office, so you can quickly move on to the next investigation.

Six menu languages ​​and language-specific keyboard layouts (English, French, German, Spanish, Dutch and Simplified Chinese) are available, with more languages ​​coming soon.

It is modular and portable, so you can select the system options that suit your needs and add them if you want.

• Choose between a cost-effective manual cable drum or an advanced electric drum. Each comes with a cable up to 1000 inches/305m.
• Choose from three interchangeable cameras and two powerful crawlers designed to withstand the most challenging underground conditions.
• A wide selection of wheels, elevators and tires optimizes downhole equipment to suit the pipe network being investigated, and using a camera mounted on the crawler, narrow pipes ranging from 4 inches/100mm to 60 inches/1500mm. You can inspect it. You can inspect it.
